Method: 36″ coverage · 80 screws/sq · 2″ eave overhang, 1″ rake overhang · 10% underlayment overlap.
Estimates only. Always measure twice, order ~10% extra panels for waste and saw kerfs, and follow the panel manufacturer's installation guide for screw spacing and end-lap sealing. Below 3/12 pitch, sealed end laps are required. When in doubt, add a roll of underlayment and a box of screws; the unused box stores fine in the garage.
