Jake Morrison is a licensed general contractor with 14 years of experience in residential construction and home renovation. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University and is OSHA 30-Hour Certified.

After running his own renovation business and helping hundreds of homeowners choose the right tools and materials, Jake started writing the product guides he wished existed when he was starting out. He tests every major product recommendation in his workshop in Indianapolis and focuses on real-world performance over spec-sheet marketing.
