About BIG RED
BIG RED is a tool and workshop-equipment brand of Torin Inc., a manufacturer headquartered at 4355 E. Brickell St. in Ontario, California. Torin has been supplying jacks, tool storage, and garage equipment since 1968 and has shipped more than 100 million jacks worldwide, making hydraulic lifting equipment the foundation of the company's product line. The BIG RED name sits alongside Torin's other brands, including the TCE commercial equipment line, and the company's after-sales support is run out of the same Ontario facility.
Beyond jacks, BIG RED's catalog covers portable and rolling steel tool chests, shop presses, and garage accessories sold direct through Amazon as well as through retailers like Northern Tool. The Torin ANTBD133-XB 3-drawer portable box we tested is representative of the line: a straightforward, no-frills steel chest built around ball-bearing drawer slides rather than the cheaper friction slides common at its size and price point, and sold and shipped by Amazon directly rather than through a third-party marketplace account.

BIG RED 20.5" Portable 3-Drawer Steel Tool Box (Torin ANTBD133-XB)
In our testing, this 3-drawer bench-top box delivered smooth full-extension drawer action from confirmed ball-bearing slides, a genuine step up from the friction slides most chests use at this size and price. The hinged top lid latches all three drawers shut automatically when closed, so the box can be carried fully loaded without drawers sliding open, and it ships from and is sold by Amazon directly rather than through a third-party seller account.
