About Olympia Tools
Olympia Tools has manufactured hand tools, specialty tools, tool accessories, and outdoor equipment since 1973, and is headquartered in Covina, California, with a secondary facility in Houston, Texas. The catalog spans hand tools (pliers, wrenches, hammers, bolt cutters), plumbing tools, tool storage and organization, tool bags and backpacks, utility carts and hand trucks, and outdoor equipment, and its products are carried by major retailers including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart in addition to Amazon.
Manufacturing is ISO 9001:2008 certified, and in our own testing of the 27-Inch Rolling Tool Cabinet, what stood out was fit and finish typical of an established tool brand rather than an unbranded import: ball-bearing full-extension slides on every drawer, anti-slip liners installed in all four drawers, and a keyed cabinet lock with a spare key box included.

Why we recognized Olympia Tools
The DIYRated Top Brand recognition isn't paid for and can't be applied for. We award it to the brands whose products consistently stand out in our hands-on category reviews. Olympia Tools earned it on the strength of the products below, evaluated the same way every product on this site is: bought, put to work on real jobs, and judged on merit.

Olympia Tools 27-Inch 5-Drawer Rolling Tool Cabinet (91-058)
Ball-bearing full-extension slides on every drawer pull all the way out, so nothing gets buried at the back of the cabinet, and anti-slip liners come installed in all four drawers to keep sockets and hand tools from sliding around while the cabinet rolls. The keyed cabinet lock ships with a spare key box, and Olympia's established parts-and-service channel means replacement keys and hardware stay obtainable well after purchase, unlike import-only chests with no support behind them.
